We have specialized expertise in First Nation employment issues and regularly provide advice and representation to Band Councils, affiliated organizations and First Nation corporations.

We develop long-term relationships with our clients and work with communities to build their internal capacity. We do this by training Band Managers and key staff on applicable legislation, regulations and key topics to help them make decisions that avoid legal liability.
