Clare worked in various areas of law before finding her true passion in employment law. Clare joined Persaud Employment Law after several years at two of Toronto’s most respected litigation firms.
As an imaginative and enthusiastic law clerk, Clare supports the firm’s senior lawyers by conducting research and preparing matters for mediation and litigation. She enjoys working one-on-one with clients and cultivating personal relationships so that she can best anticipate and meet clients’ needs, and advocate for them to the best of her ability. Clare is known for her compassion and her people skills. She is also the first point of contact for clients and is involved in all aspects of their file.
Clare holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Windsor and an Advanced Dispute and Workplace Resolution certificate from York University. She is also a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
In Clare’s spare time she can be found perfecting her skills as an artist, enjoying music at local festivals and playing soccer.
